Introduction of Chinese mission
China is a vast country where the economic, ethnics, culture, geographic situation differ from place to place. In many remote mountain villages, the local economy is underdeveloped, poverty is still widespread. Many families cannot afford the education expenses of their children. As a result, many children don’t get much education which will disadvantage them in life and their ability to earn a living.

OUR PROGRAM
We are a volunteer Christian organization registered in Western Australia. Since 2010, GCCFI has started programs to help needy children of primary school and high school, from Chongqing, Gansu, Hubei, Guizhou and Yunnan provinces. The cost of sponsorship is A$150 per year for primary and junior high school students and A$300 for high school students. We work with the local schools which recommend children in need to apply, and we go directly to the local schools every year and hand over the funds to the children. In this way, we provide financial & spiritual support to each child. These are some of the things we do to help these children:
· Members of GCCF make two trips a year on their own expenses
· Committed to personally delivering in full (100%) amount of each donation
· Guarantee every student receives every cent from the donation, no administration fee to GCCF or our partners
· Provide annual audit and financial reporting to the Australia charitable and tax authorities
· Issue certificates to every sponsor with matching student’s details
· Bring along God’s hope, salvation and love to the needy children and their families.

SOUTHEAST ASIA
Introduction of Myanmar mission
Why Myanmar
In recent years, civil war has disrupted the economy and education in Myanmar, plunging many into extreme poverty and depriving many school aged children of receiving education. This is further aggravated by COVID-19.
Shan State is the poorest region in Myanmar with the lowest education rate of 32.4%. Only 8% completed primary education, with only 36.5% progressing to middle school or higher. The majority of the students drop out before Year 5.

Our Program
This program is to support underprivileged school-aged children in remote Myanmar – at $1,000 a year per student. The amount will be used for school fees, school supplies, and living expenses.
The majority of the children have never been to school due to their inability to pay school fees and poor access to schools. They have been accepted into schools set up by the Christian Baptist Bread of Life in Kyaing Tong, Myanmar to enable them to be educated in Burmese and Mandarin.
The students supported by this program are mainly from family with extreme financial hardship. Most parents are either sick, handicapped, ped, single or unemployable. Some students are orphans or from broken families
WEST AFRICA
Introduction of LANDLOCKED COUNTRY mission
We are currently providing support in a landlocked country in West Africa where the literacy rate is among the lowest in the world. The primary school enrolment and attendance rates are low , less than 30%. Majority children do not have access to school, particularly girls. We are unable to provide the name of the country at the moment to protect the safety and wellbeing of our alliance and children. However, you are welcome to contact us for more information
